Birth Details & Information You Submit

To generate an accurate birth chart, you may be asked for information such as your name, email address, date of birth, exact or approximate birth time, birth city, and country. You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• If your birth time is unknown or approximate, chart features that depend on time may be less accurate.
• You should only submit another person's birth information when you have an appropriate basis or permission to do so.
• You must not use forms, booking systems, or other features to submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, malicious, or infringing content.

Digital Products & Personalized Posters

Digital products may be personalized using the information you provide. You are responsible for checking names, dates, times, locations, spellings, and other personalization details before or during purchase where the interface allows you to do so.

• Digital products are supplied for your personal, non-commercial use unless we explicitly grant broader rights.
• You may download, save, and print a purchased personalized product for your own personal use.
• You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reproduce commercially, or make our templates, designs, interpretations, software, or digital products available as competing products or services.
• Because personalized digital products may be generated specifically for you and may be delivered immediately, cancellation or withdrawal rights can differ from those applying to physical goods. Any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, payment obligations, and general legal provisions—will continue to apply.
